Program
Design
The foundation of any event is its content. Strong, solid and interesting
subject matter will pique your participants’ interest.
We
will:
- Assist in the development of the program

Determine main and sub-themes
-
Determine format for sessions, whether it be plenaries, panel
or roundtable discussions, workshops, concurrent sessions, AGMs
or a social program

Identify keynote speakers and session presenters
-
Provide support for appointed speakers and presenters
- Get
in touch with potential presenters and speakers to determine their
interest and availability and outline expectations and responsibilities
- Confirm
all fees/honorarium, expenses and obtain approval to reproduce
presentation material
- Confirm
schedule and arrangements for flight, accommodation, audio visual
equipment, room set-up, etc
- Collect
speakers’ pictures and biographical information, titles
and abstracts of their presentation
- Communicate
with speakers on an on-going basis to provide guidance and information

Manage the Call for Presentations/Papers
- Develop,
produce and distribute the Call for Presentations
- Manage
the receipt of submissions
- Inform
selected presenters of their acceptance
- Collect
author and co-author titles and abstracts of the presentation

Prepare detailed programming
- Maintain
an on-going program schedule that includes confirmed presenters
with their biographical information, session titles and descriptions
- Assemble
all program related information into a comprehensive document
for promotion and marketing purposes and on-site handout material
