Preliminary Requirements
So you want to hold an event? There are a number of points to consider in the initial planning stage. We will work closely with you to:

- Establish a clearly defined set of objectives for the event and your desire outcomes
- Determine the format your event will adopt that best meets your objectives

  • Duration of event
  • Type of event
  • Inclusion of an exhibition

- Develop a draft budget and identify cost factors
- Develop and manage a schedule that outlines all of the activities and milestones
- Select a venue and negotiate contracts

  • Gather and prepare event information outlining meeting space requirements and catering needs
  • Research meeting, hotel and facilities and request proposals from shortlisted venues
  • Negotiate contracts for facilities, hotel room blocks and off-site venues
