Event
Registration
We will administer all of your registration needs and also provide
you with the payment infrastructure to process credit cards such
as Visa and MasterCard, as well as checks, money orders, and wire
transfers.
- Develop and produce a comprehensive registration package for print,
email and internet usage
- Process registrations
- Accept
and process registration forms and payment via online secure transactions,
mail or fax
- Issue
invoices if and as required
- Acknowledge
each registration with a confirmation or receipt
- Provide
registration reports as required
- Provide on-site registration and information services during the
event

Plan a registration area, design efficient traffic flow and determine
staffing needs

Plan equipment and IT needs for on-site registration and name
badge processing

Prepare and distribute name badges and participant kits
